On the day of your family session we’ll meet at the studio, or if you’ve opted for the outdoors, one of my stunning locations in the Blue Mountains area. The family session lasts for a relaxed and fun-filled hour and the focus is on capturing authentic moments between your family members.

![Flashback to when I updated my headshots last May… I can’t quite believe this was almost a year ago!
I was looking back through my folders expecting to find them in the last quarter… nope. Then the third quarter… still no. And there they were in May. Time seriously has switched to fast forward these days — don’t you agree?
Since then I’ve decided to grow out my fringe… which means I’m currently right in the crux of the bad hair [every day] saved only by a headband!
At the end of the shoot, Sooty ran up to the studio and I picked her up for a couple of photos with her — a completely impromptu addition. I love these images so much. She is such a beautiful-natured, sweet girl to all who know and love her… but if you’re a stranger, she takes her job of guarding the family very seriously and can look quite fierce in the process — especially if you’re not used to dogs.
Since our eldest son Huw brought her home last January, she has well and truly found a place in all of our hearts and brings so much love & joy, helping us through the everyday stresses of life.
She did become unwell last September with seizures, and after some tests at the vet it seems she likely has hyperthyroidism. She’s been taking supplements and doing well, but she’s had a bit of an upset tummy the last few days — a little reminder of how precious and fragile life can be.
