  • By entering the promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the promotion and to take a prize if they are a winner.

  • Information on how to enter form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

  • Entrants must be 21 years of age or over.

  • Entries agree to be added to the Rachel H Photography mailing list – although you can unsubscribe at any time.

How to enter

  • The Promotion commences ends at 9:00am on Friday 1st of September, 2022

  • Entry to this promotion is via the Rachel H Photography website and requires the entrant to Like and Follow both Rachel H Photography Social media pages.

  • There is a limit of one entry per entrant/family/household/IP address

How and when the winners will be selected

  • Winners will be selected by Rachel H Photography Studio moderators from all eligible entries received.

  • Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner will be contacted by text/telephone call. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within three (3) days of judging, their Prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter and a new winner will be selected.

The Prize

  1. A Family Portrait Experience and/or products to the total value of $999
  2.  10 Families will win a Professional family photography gift voucher valued at $350 from Rachel H Photography

  • Failure to redeem a prize by the required date or undertake the Prize as stipulated will result in full forfeiture of the Prize.

  • Unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, all expenses in connection with any Prize become the responsibility of the winner.

  • Prizes (in whole or in part) are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • The Prize (voucher) is only redeemable to the prize winner and cannot be transferred to another individual.

  • The winning family can use the $1000 on products using photos from a previous session or they can elect to have a new session and products.

This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by the Rachel H Photography and is no way endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
