Newborn
The first few weeks with a newborn baby pass by in a blur. If you’ve already had a baby, you’ll understand this well! If you’re an expectant mum, you’ll soon discover a newborn has the incredible power to make time vanish! As a Mum of two boys, I remember the first few weeks whizzing by in a blissful bubble of midnight feeds, cuddles, and sleepless nights. I remember those precious moments, in the still of night, when our tiny son would fall asleep on my chest while my husband slept soundly beside me.
Family
I love the significance of the family photograph. Each day as my boys walk past their photos hanging on our wall, they’re reminded of how they’ve grown. My boys, once so little and cute are now young men, well on their way to adulthood. Our family photos tell our story, our triumphs and struggles and how much we’ve all evolved. Photos are a reminder of our last family holiday in Wales, right before my oldest son transformed into a young man. Our family photos evoke a sense of pride, sentimentality and belonging, especially for my boys.
